As the second extension to our store we were in search of textures to compliment the rest of the Bistro choosing interesting leather, suede, wood, brick, raw concrete, metal and glass to name a few.
Incorporating historical pieces such as our cleaver selection we complimented the modern feel of our Wine Cellar which sits proudly at the head of the room.
The quieter dining room was designed to give more gravitas to our Wine tasting with the lack of an open plan kitchen reducing food aromas and noise distraction.
